This course is divided into 7 modules. Through this course, you will learn fundamentals and establish a strong understanding of the concepts related to supply chain network design. This module helps participants master three special components of supply chain network design: determining optimal number of facilities, service component modeling and greenhouse gas emission modeling. The participants will also learn about transportation decisions in supply chain network design.
This module is about advanced supply chain modeling strategies. This module explains some advanced modeling strategies which are critical for executing supply chain network design projects. The participants will learn advanced modeling strategies like 80/20 rule, aggregation, infeasibility analysis etc. For those with little experience in supply chain modeling, this module should be reviewed before moving on to the other modules.
This core module includes a real life supply chain network design project. This module will walk the participants through a real life network design project in a step by step manner. This is one of the three core modules in this course and is
